VD has NAV of $800M US (or 1B CAD) with copper at $3.15 US.

SC (25%) could have a NAV of 1B CAD with copper at $3.15 US.

Assuming copper goes to $4 US:

  • VD's NAV would move to 1.2B US (or 1.5B CAD)
  • SC's (25%) NAV would probably move to around 1.3B CAD

Total: Copper Fox would have a NAV of 2.8B CAD with these two properties only. 

  • 15% value represents a SP at $0.85
  • 50% value represents a SP at $2.83
  • 100% value represents a SP at $5.66

You can get this tomorrow on sale for around $0.30.
