koala, my assumption is that Desert Fox ( CF's 100% owned "subsidiary") would receive the proceeds of the Van Dyke sale. Then, Ernesto would direct Desert Fox to pay out a dividend to Copper Fox, who would then in turn distribute the sum to CUU shareholders as a dividend.
