Teck is supposed to propose any work program and budget by February 28. COVID impacted a program last year according to CF's press release of June 19. The 2019 program was announced on February 8 of that year. Do we see a program this year? Will COVID restrictions impact work for companies in the area? Or a delay in a decision perhaps.
