"CUU needs to sell an asset. Pick one, pick both, whatever."
This has been my problem since I was middle aged vs. old, as in now. The company moto years ago plastered in big letters on their web site was "Buy Develop Sell Repeat" Pretty bold for a company that had never done it once or since. "How to make a fool of yourself in one easy lesson" should be up there now with Elmer's picture right under.
I don't care about Arizona. A make work project is my opinion and I still think it was a cheap and easy way to take shareholders minds off the huge Schaft Creek delay they signed on for with Teck. No timelines and no explaination as to why and like the rest of us, I'm not the one getting paid $300,000 a year of shareholder money plus incentives while we wait.
Dear Elmer,
Do what you said you were going to do ten years ago and please, try and make it in my lifetime? Buy, Develop, Sell, Repeat.
Just the first 3 would be fine....
