In your opinion, what we thinking for a Fair offer?

I am of the understanding, advanced assets in a copper bull market can get from 50-100% of nav! Yes that's broad range but let's say for argument sake it's in the middle to be fair....75% of nav in buyout value.....if we see numbers are around 4billion as a guess.....1billion is our share! 75% of that is 750 million.....this doesn't include contract value (carried to production- no upfront billions in cost) or exploration potential of the property....many SC ores on this land.
