To supplement further, per the 2016/2017 FS, copper at $3.15 would have increased the QB2 after-tax NPV (8%) by around 400M.

1,253M + 400M = 1,653M x 13.5% = 223M and Teck was willing to pay up to 262.5M.

That's 118% post-tax NPV (8%) of the information available at the time.
