I have to agree with you SF. I also believe the stock price is undervalued but in my opinion, it's due to one thing and that would be Elmer. Go back and look at the news releases, everything he said. What has he said that has ever come true, even outside the timelines he predicted?

I cringe at his news releases and it seems to be reflected every time in the stock price...
