I did not say it is over-hyped.

But constantly saying this is worth over X etc without extra information or points to why (which sometimes there has been like MoneyK trying to work out potential NPVs) is "pumping".

Again to be clear I don't overly care about this, but the attacks directed at others is of no value to anyone. I do and always have believed in the properties we have.
