Ya I think it is simply asset sales....that's why we need to sell VD now and show that cuu can get a deal done. The publicity from that sale alone will bring in interest, and at this point Elmer and Grant can't start ringing a bell as they dance down the streets yelling "Develop, Sell, Repeat!" (I think that was it, right?) :)
