The 2020 Capstone PEA lists a total M&I resource of 537 Mt with an average cueq grade of 0.52 %. They included cu, au and fe in the cueq. The Inferred number is quite small so I left t out. I get the following:

537,000,000 * 0.0052 * 2204= 6,154,449,600 lbs cueq.

6,154,449,600 *0.30 = 1,846,334,880 (30% of total was purchased)

$ 120,000,000/ 1,846,334,880 = $ 0.065/lb cueq or about 6.5 cents US a pound. What numbers did you use? I've shown my calcs in case I made a mistake. They list their NPV(8%) at $ 1 billion USD.
