And as has been mentioned here before there are other factors than cost to get the metal out of the ground that should factor into the deal CUU can get for any of their properties. Here's a couple:

1. Indigenous folks on side

2. Environmental condition (a major factor for me getting into CUU in the first place)

3. Exploration potential

4. Permitting obstacles
