Capstone just bought 30% of Santo Domingo for $120 million US or 38% of PEA $1.03 million after tax. All permitting was completed but some issues with transporting product left. 
This represents 38% of PEA. I do not know if the selling partner had to sell or if it was in duress. 
With the super cycle being pumped and the locations of VD and SC, we can hope for 50%. 
VD $800 million CAD and say SC $500 million CAD for our 25%, 50% would be $650 million total or $1.18 share equivalent. Round up to $1.25 -$1.35 for SCJV agreement bonus. IMHO 

Now we all saw stock rise to over $2.70 many years ago but we don't have the momentum and excitement we did back then (not yet anyways). Let's keep it real imho
