The assumption is, there are negotiations ongoing possibly for several months now! Anyday we wake up to buyout news or new economics which either or would transform the share price.

Now, if all this time has gone by without Teck starting sale talks.....and they don't plan to talk with Cuu about sale transfer deal for another month or more.....this becomes a 2022 story = more waiting :/

Many of us still think there's more going on and option 1 is currently the favourite to win, imo.
