That would be quite the suprise. However, I still can't see us doing that alone - we don't have experience and expertise for building mines. 

Your idea could make great sense as a joint venture - find a partner to pay for everything and we go along for the free ride.  I think I would still prefer a outright sale and use the funds to pay out a dividend and keep some of the cash to develop the properties we already have.   So I would be shocked if we do any type of going into production.
