You need to realise that if we go to production with VD, our shares could be worth 1$ just for that asset.  Anyone could sell their shares at any time for fair value.

And 1$ would be based us keeping 40% with a 56M US dividend per year when copper at $3.15 US...  imagine at 5$-6$?
