Initially, I thought he only exercised 417K warrants and sold 439K shares.

Looking at the transactions again more carefully, my understanding is that Hector exercised around 833K warrants and sold around 429K shares probably to pay for them.  Does that make sense?

I think he might be left with 417K warrants to exercise?
