Sell the dang thing....we bought it for 2 mil - don't be greedy it's worth a heck of a lot more and now is the time!!! Stop dragging feet.

I disagree we move with CS, CMMC...I have owned those for years and the last 13 mos have been spectacular!  Cuu has seen growth but no where near growth in those 

The reason we are lagging at 43 cents is because we have yet to sell any properties.  If we did, investors would have confidence CUU could capitalize on schaft and others.  Sell VD, return some capital to investors and watch the SP takeoff as people anticipate Schaft sale.

10 years in this, patience left is so thin, copper on fire, let's get this done!
