I could be wrong, but it doesn't overly make sense a blackout would apply to warrants, these are things they already have and could potentially expire. So if you had info it you can't do anything and it expires, doesn't make a lot of sense. Buying on the open market would be different, same to selling, but maybe selling shares to excercise warrants is allowed with blackout.
