I agree with you and MoneyK.  Teck would need to get their head examined for advancing projects that they aren't even able to sell or even dump on someone else. 

"QB3 to QB-infinity" though is still front and centre in their current 'copper growth focus' propaganda.  I guess Teck always has to try and demoralize Copper Fox with something.  Its so juvenile.   Teck's partner-starvation strategy has failed miserably and the advent of next copper/gold super-cycle is going to make Don's misguided choices cost him and his shareholders big time....yet again!
