we have projects that could be built quickly...after they sell some of the P.S deposits not much left except SC and Galore!

And doesn't Galore still require a multi-kilometer tunnel through a mountain?  One that they started tunneling years ago but then almost immediately abandoned?  That doesn't sound "quickly".
