Operating cost was reduced by 35% (from US$13.25/t  to US$8.66/t)!

We can't rely 100% on the 2013 FS, but from what I understand, a 35% reduction in opex would, at the time, increase the NPV by 1.75B!

Add to this the exchange rate (possibly another 1.6B) and lower capex (a direct 600M to NPV)...

That's not even considering Copper and Gold that should be at least equal to the 2013 numbers.
