Assuming a future 50-50 partnership. 

Teck may want to renegotiate a new JV deal with future partner....

Each partner would only pay 1.3 billion each for this SC cash cow to get into operations!

OR......

If they don't pay our price.....Teck can foot the entire 2.6 billion bill assuming contingencies used! Without contingencies probably around 2.3 billion only for a mega-project. I'd say one of the cheapest builds in the industry for a large deposit! Majors will take notice to this news!
