Lebs convo with Colin is the same stuff that he told me. I don't think we will see any deal until both peas are in hand and then the board can look at selling (possibly both to the same buyer). The pea is a part of the exit strategy...as it protects them against claims that would say they didn't get this value or that - they would have a 3rd party telling them the value and so a deal would be based on those numbers. This, confirms in my mind, that buyout will not be based on sp, but on the value of the properties - so I change my prediction to a summer buyout of both properties and then we go prove up the 3 other properties in the latter half of the year, cashed up, along with a special div to shareholders. Just my opinion
