From what I understand, C1 cost is included in the opex and we know it was reduced by 35% vs. 2013.

Per the 2013 FS sensitivity analysis, 19% reduction in capex, 35% reduction in opex and 20% decrease for the exchange rate should bump the NPV (8%) to around 4.3B CAD.

This is why I'm expecting at least 3.5B US if the construction timeline is still 4.75 years.  If it's less, that would bump us even further!
