You also have it wrong Sibu. 

CF tells Teck to make us an offer on our %25..After we have received said offer, we are free to shop around for another offer. If a 3rd party beats  Teck's offer by $1 they are the new owners of our portion..This is where Teck needs to pay a fair price maybe even a little extra to ensure they get to keep control.. That is why EE insisted on having this clause..
