It is highly doubtful that Teck updated that slide based on the result given a few days before... These slide presentations take a long time to create.  Our project is simply one point of seven points which is simply one slide of 172 slides.  

Also why would they update their numbers when this update is only a part of the bigger expected PEA report.  Also, in their slide they state "Scoping Study being updated. ".  

So, I strongly believe that the $0.60-$0.70 number doesn't reflect the new operating cost.   But I'm sure that the calculations are more complicated than I'm presenting.  The question to me - is how much better?
