Hey MoneyK, I took your suggestions:
P.S. Thanks for your reply that just came in - what you state makes sense.
1. Re: When using $1400 for gold, $10 for moly and 18$ for silver, I'm at around $0.17 potential for the 2021 PEA.
NSQ: I also came up around 0.16/lb
2. When using $1600 for gold, $11 for moly and 20$ for silver,
NSQ: I came up with -0.03
3. Re: My Gold and Silver production numbers. of 175,788 and 781,141
NSQ: I made a mistake in my calculation and used 28g per ounce instead of the troy ounce of 31.1g.
My gold number is still off by 10,000 but the others are pretty well bang on
4. Do the calculation based on 2013 FS numbers.
NSQ: Production: Copper 232,143,00 lbs; Gold 201,000 oz; Silver 1,195,000 oz; Moly 10,234,000 lbs
Prices: Copper $3.25; Gold $1,445; Silver $27.74; Moly $14.65
Operating Costs: $13.25 (as stated in May 13 release) 44,603,000 tons = $591 million
Total Credits = $473 million
Cost per pound = 0.51/lb. So, I'm not that close to the $1.00 / lb that you stated.
In the end - I think our numbers will be quite a bit better but I'm really not sure by how much.
