Assuming a 4B CAD value for SC, that's roughly 1B for Copper Fox and 500M for Ernesto.

Assuming Ernesto has other opportunities that could yield at least 15% per year, his portion would need to increase by 75M per year to make it worth the wait.

That's an increase of 150M for Copper Fox... or 600M for the entire project per year!

Not going to happen!!!  Sale or ROFO it will be!
