 I had developed a theory with friends based upon neighbors creating pockets of MINERALS that we call the Paper Airplane Theory Model. I think it applies to the ARIZONA properities VD SB etal and the post 1-2 days ago about the neighbors of same.

Fold a piece of paper into a paper airplane  imagine in your minds eye the folded wings bent away from the fusiloge so as to expand the footprint. Lay the plane flat on a map to find targets to stake near main neigbors.
