Teck is a hard rock miner, lots of diesel and steel. Van Dyke is not that and not in their wheelhouse. 

Elmer is again wasting time trying to bucket SC and VD. We should have a realtor hired and a data room closed currently reviewing bids on VD. This is how professionals roll.
