The news of G7 nations planning to hoard copper is very good news for the future price of copper as this concerted move officially confirms that there is a globally concerning scarcity of an increasingly strategic asset.

Even with concerted efforts you can't just turn on a tap and pour more copper.  It can take a decade to get a deposit developed all the way to a producing mine.  We know the demand is there and will be there, so the scarcity and higher prices should be with us for many years.  And we also know that there is a scarcity of large advanced projects like Schaft Creek so this all bodes well for us.   Now would be a good time to promote the company...

The copper price response today is illogical imo.  Chinese gov't manipulation is probably behind it.
