I'd stick around too for the other properties assuming the peas are sold. So tired of the emotional patience this play has been. At this point I think I'm more interested closure than price....I just want these 2 assets sold so I can move on with that money - I don't know that my hearts anticipation could bear any more waiting (over 10 years of hype is enough)
