The material information was provided May 13th and I believe it's 45 calendar days from that point.

What if it wasn't really material information?  i.e. The notion that nothing is officially material until it is backed up by a fully-completed and signed-off PEA that is delivered, accepted, and company-geo-vetted.  

Its the financial evaluation that is potentially material and it seems like the are implying that this hasn't been completed yet.  IIRC, I heard the same thing about 6 months ago.  They must be using a really old and slow calculator.
