Hi ------, the key to the next steps are really in the SC PEA, and this is still expected before the end of June.

The directors really need to see these numbers themselves in order to decide on the next steps to take. It may not be in the shareholders best interest to do just a one-off transaction with VD. There could be more value in having both assets  involved in a monetization….we’ll see. With the exercise of warrants the company will be in excellent financial shape to take on further work on all it’s projects, Eaglehead this summer and drilling programs on both Sombrero Butte and Mineral Mtn early next year. And despite the weakness in current copper prices the outlook for the sector still looks very good.
