I would also think that some of the information needs to be backed-up by a 43-101 before June 27th, as it impacts the financials and technicals.  Teck also reported a new C1 cost which is material for Copper Fox in my opinion.

If anyone asks the office and they reply that no 43-101 is required for that information, I would ask why wasn't this information shared by the SCJV when Teck completed that famous never signed report over 1 year ago?

The reason we were given many times was that the same information needed to be backed by a 43-101...
