I'm not doubting your conversation but every time I've called the sense I get is that everybody is ready to be done including Elmer… This is the perfect time to sell enough with proving up stuff… Once they add in a new drill program they'll have to redo a PFS probably.  I agree Teck is not a for for VD - sell to someone else while companies are looking for assets.  

if they drag this out more, I'll really need to consider selling a large portion of my holdings.  My patience is worn.
