Last week received a message from Colin about the deadline. Here is a quote from his mail:

You have to appreciate I hope that we are working as diligently as we can to produce the conclusion to the PEA asap. There are numerous moving parts in this as we are dealing with a multi-billion dollar asset, so you can’t just throw things together without tieing all the details down definitively. We are working towards announcing these results just as soon as we can.

It says very little to me. It doesn't give me confidence that they will meet the deadline.
