I'm thankful that you are not on negotiating table.  I haven't waited all these years for a payout of only 43% of a $2.5 billion after tax project.  Moneyk suggested that number and I don't have a better suggestion.  $2.5 billion  x 25% / 550 million os shares = $1.14 share.  1.14 / 0.50 = 43 %.
