I'm curious to know if Teck has picked 9.99% of CF's outstanding shares before they would have to disclose?

They had better not own a single share.  With the way Teck virtually slandered our project for a decade, if they picked up cheap CUU shares through that ruthless torture I would call that out in an instant as all out fraud.
