Yes, everyone has different thoughts...I really hope this pea guides both parties to a clear and fair valuation.  My hope would be a billion for both assets. 600 and 400/ 550mil shares gets us 1.80 which would make this investment worth the 11 years waiting

btw I used 550 mil shares, can someone post me a link of where I can get our share info fully diluted...searched cuu site and many others and couldn't find it
