But even other mining experts or analysts, surely they could look at what's been published and apply your napkin calculations and realize how undervalued we are, no?

IMO they have so thoroughly disgusted and repelled any professionals in metals investing that the ridiculous SP isn't a reflection of what they think the projects could be worth but rather a reflection of what these experts think the chances are that the same management as a decade ago can actually monetize value this cycle around.

I have a similar situation with another investment of mine where unimaginable wealth is being squandered.  Literally tens of Billions/yr to be made because of the value of the emerging science they are developing and proving, but management has screwed up so often that their poor credibility to execute gets in the way of any experts thinking they can suddenly become good at executing for a change and finally monetize what they have and instead expect dilution into oblivion.

I actually think CF might pull something off, thanks to a new CFO, but only once metal prices are so high that the Majors lose their minds over the projects we have and bidding wars ensue.

My hope is that we get copper over $5 and gold over $2K in the next couple of months and then they trigger the ROFO by xmas, and with the pre-requisite 6 months shop-around that brings us to mid-2022.  Bottom line imo best get your shares before xmas.

JMHO
