It would seem this delay involves Teck!!! The usual suspect of our dilemma.

Teck needs to review and sign off on a report that is independent of them paid for by Copper Fox and not the JV???? 

I SMELL A BUYOUT/SALE!!!

Side note 1- Teck should not be involved in this process. Their involvement could mean bigger news is coming.

Side note 2- This correlates with perfect timing to Don announcing major Satellite plans between Q2 in late July and Investor Day in September! SC may be involved some way.
