If it's just to keep them up to speed and keep them in the loop, I'm okay with that...I know the thought was if we keep them in the conversation then they don't have any reason to disagree with the outcome of the pea.  That said, when it is done, there should no delay in getting it out, we did pay for it, it is ours and there is no permission required.
