Teck is operator and would have approved CUU proceeding with an independent PEA. I expect they would have imposed a condition that Teck approval of the final version is required even though Teck is not a signatory to the PEA. This isn't a problem, alignment with Teck is needed for the sale process regardless of who buys the 25% of SC. Given that the pre tax model was nearing completion on May 13 it seems an extraordinary amount of time to complete the post tax cash flow model. Then again that's the version that matters.
