So what's interesting is.....what the company has!

2 peas on same property (different deposits near by) like CUU....district play!!!

PEA 1 = post tax 452 million at 5% discount rate

PEA 2= post tax 302 million at 5% discount rate

So.....Total post npv value of 754 million! Important because they are getting a major miner to pay 500 million CA for their company (total shares outstanding in cash).

This essentially bodes well for our buyout of a billion or more! Our assets more valuable!
