Our forecast for 2021 is $3.75/lb, and for 2022 is $3.34/lb. We believe that rising production costs will keep long-term prices above $3/lb. Our research indicates that most of the large undeveloped copper projects have break-even prices higher than $2.5/lb. We believe prices need to be at least 20% higher than the break-even prices (or $3+) to incentivize copper developers.

 

Imo. I don't think that $3 copper would be very much incentive for most miners. But what do I know?
