I'm sure the stock would go into a "Halt" position with a buy-out announcement mitigating any warrant advantage. With a PEA announcement the stock may have a short trading "Halt"....there doesn't seem to be a mad rush to turn over the warrants with only 30k traded today...but maybe they've already been excersized...hmm
