long time lurker, Ffrst time poster.

I wrote to Copper fox today asking some questions. I felt compelled to share given all the info that I recieved from this forum.

Morning XXX, Lynn asked me to get back to you based on your questions:

I expect that there should be news out on the SC PEA very shortly, possibly next week. There have been a couple of additional valuation metrics which have needed additional agreement on between Teck and Copper Fox which has taken a few days to understand and include in the NPV calculations.

Once the SC PEA is complete, I think the directors will then have the information that they need in order to then make the decisions required to move forward. Just from a legal and regulatory standpoint then they will be in a position to understand what the NPV value is of it’s two most advanced projects, which could change the approach they wish to take in the near term.

I hope this helps answer your questions.

Cheers,

Colin

Subject: Delayed PEA and decision on Van Dyke

Hi I am wondering when we will next hear information on the SC PEA and/or the next steps on Van Dyke?

Has the SC PEA been completed? It was expected quite a while ago.

Similarly with VD. After the favourable PEA I would have expected to hear more on what the strategy will be there.

For what it's worth, I have been invested in CopperFox since 2007 and hope to see either a dividend payment or company sale in the near future to take advantage of other market opportunities.

I welcome any information you can share.
