I have to think we must be close. Why all the Laird share discussion, tax implications unless this is being set up to sell.  
Back last fall when they decided to do the PEA, their intentions known to hey want to sell, they need this document prepared by a third party to determine a fair value.  Teck consulted the whole way through, even to the details of Laird shares and tax implications.  This document is to give copper fox and Teck the ability to determine a fair value.  If Teck doesn't want it, we shop it.  But I just can't see how this isn't the end of our time with Schaft Creek.  I just hope the divesting is a quick process.
