It was $ 275 million USD with $ 100 million paid on close of deal and the rest staggered according to time and/or milestone events. Both are at the PEA stage and Galore has delayed the start of the PFS stage due to COVID. The M&I for au & cu at Galore is 9.2 million oz and 11.2 billion lbs versus 7 million oz & 7.8 billion lbs at SC. The price of copper has risen significantly since the Galore sale which will help CUU. What part about Galore that is nowhere near SC?
